2. Recent pay slips x2 ( employed) 

3. Tax Return ( self-employed)  

4. Copy of your bank statement 

5. Copy of your rates notice ( home owners only )

6. Lease agreement ( If renting) 

7. Copy of your medicare card 

8. 2x References
